Deadlines and payment:
Applications shall be accepted until November 23, 2024. The application also serves as an order form, and shall be used for payment purposes.
The participation fee covers:
- international science conference participation
- conference materials
- coffee brakes and snacks

Deregistrations and returns:
Registered participants can deregister their participation under the following conditions:
- written deregistration note should be sent in email November 23, 2024 the latest to: info@eduvision.si.
- If deregistration is sent before or on November 23, 2024 you will only be charged the EUR 70 administrative costs.
- There will be no participation fee refunds if deregistration is sent after November 23, 2024.
- Refunds will be made after the conference conclusion. In your deregistration note please include all the details of your bank account where you want to receive your refund to.
